With 28 years of living in Snohomish County, I bring local knowledge, trusted guidance, and genuine care to every real estate transaction. I am Passionate about helping both buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with patience, understanding, and genuine care, along with a strong commitment to client success. 
As a certified SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), I have specialized training to assist seniors and their families with the unique financial and lifestyle considerations involved in buying or selling a home.  
Outside of real estate, I enjoy gardening, cheering on the Everett Silvertips and boating the beautiful waters of the PNW.  I am a board member of the Lake Stevens Historical Society and a member of the Lake Stevens Senior Center.
